Real Encouragement for Foster and Adoptive Parents

We understand the importance of providing support to foster, adoptive, and kinship parents in your community and congregation. RE: Conference is committed to meeting their needs, and we would love for you to join us in this mission.

Your organization or church can make a difference by participating in the following ways:

1: SEND YOUR PEOPLE

One way to support families in need is by setting up a scholarship or discount code. You have the flexibility to determine the amount and quantity of scholarship you would like to provide. Once you decide, we can provide you with a personal code that you can offer to those families you wish to support. After that, we will send you an invoice and a list of the people in your organization or congregation who took advantage of this opportunity.

2: REMOVE OBSTABLES

Discover the barriers that hinder the families from attending. In most cases, it is the lack of childcare. You may want to consider the following suggestions:

1. Offer on-site childcare services.

2. Train a few individuals to provide in-home childcare for the kids.

3. Provide a childcare allowance to the families to enable them to afford a babysitter. Simplify their ability to attend the event!

3: RECRUIT VOLUNTEERS

Our organization is run by numerous volunteers who handle all the necessary arrangements, and we always welcome more helping hands. Can you imagine how much more special it would be for attendees to see a familiar face amongst the servers? It's important to note that we don't want foster and adoptive families to feel obligated to serve during the event - this weekend is all about them.

4: BECOME A SPONSOR

Thank you for considering financial sponsorship to support the event. While we appreciate this contribution, we prioritize the importance of the first two items.

A Note to Churches

We aim to ensure that all foster, adoptive, and kinship parents feel the support of their church and are connected to the necessary training, resources, and encouragement for their journey.
