Help check-in attendees on an iPad using our registration app and register those who still need to register.

Answers questions that arise help people as needed, and check in the Speakers, Coaches, and Volunteers.

This is an excellent role for those who can’t be on their feet all day, which are warm and friendly and like the quiet with occasional interruptions. Serve as the volunteers' cheerleader, keep snacks/drinks stocked, and pass out volunteer T-shirts and name tags.

Smiling, friendly faces who are welcoming and helpful, can point people in the directions they need to go and answer questions that arise. You’ll also be given opportunities to surprise and delight attendees with gift cards and other prizes.

Help prepare and serve Beverages, Coffee, Snacks, and Meals with our fantastic hospitality team leaders.

Help attendees book appointments on an iPad using our appointment app. Check people in for their hair, nail, and massage appointments.

Minor tech experience would be helpful for this role. Serve as a breakout room host for multiple sessions that take place in your room. You’ll greet participants, welcome and assist Speaker, distribute materials, set up the speaker’s presentation (i.e., PowerPoint), and ensure their microphone is turned on. You may also be asked to introduce the speaker and do a prize drawing.

There are opportunities from Wednesday night through Saturday night to help set up for the conference and clean up afterward.

Using our app on an iPad, you will help register attendees for coaching sessions, direct people to the sessions, check people in for their sessions and make sure appointments start and end on time.

We need EVERYONE to show up for this moving experience as we cheer on the attendees as they leave the conference Saturday afternoon.
