In-person cancelations: We will accept cancelations and offer a full refund for in-person registration through January 15th. Starting January 16, the in-person conference attendee may transfer their registration fee to the online conference.
Online Conference Registration: No refunds will be given towards online conference registration.

RE: Conference exists for the encouragement and support of all foster, adoptive and kinship parents. As a Christian conference, we believe we best express Christ’s love and desire for unity when we are open to people from all backgrounds. If you are a foster, adoptive or kinship parent you are welcome here.

We love kids! However, due to the many complex situations foster and adoptive parents face, this is a child-free event. No babies (even breastfeeding babies) will be allowed.

You are welcome to attend! However, this conference is not a recruiting event. Rather, the RE: Conference is about supporting those who are currently parenting.

Training Certificates will be provided. Professionals are also able to earn CEU credits, for more information on that, contact us at hello@realencouragement.org

Many churches and agencies provide scholarships. We encourage you to speak with your church or agency.

Coffee, snacks and lunch each day are included with your registration. If you have dietary limitations you are welcome to bring your own food and snacks.

Meal guidance: All meals for the pre-conference workshop and conference will offer food combinations that can be allergy friendly. Most meals will represent a box lunch-style meal. However, if your allergies determine a need to bring your own meals, refrigeration options are available with our kitchen staff.
