Jen Decker-McMillen

Jen has been the Foster Adoption Ministry director at Westside Family Church for more than 10 years. Her experience as an adoptive parent, growing up in an adoptive family, coupled with a Masters of Education Degree in Neuroscience and Trauma, give her unique insight into supporting foster and adoptive families. When Jen isn’t with her kids you will find her laughing over coffee with friends or looking for her wallet, keys, and phone.
