Tamia Collins McGuire

Tamia Collins McGuire is an HR leader with a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University and a B.A. in Journalism/African American Studies from Indiana University. She has 20 years of human resources expertise specializing in areas such as strengths, growth mindset, coaching, DEI, and organizational design. As an adoptive parent and adult adoptee, she represents two parts of the adoption triad. She has spent 3 years educating adoptive parents in areas of adoption and 10 years supporting parents in a variety of areas dealing with raising children of color. She is married with two children and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
